From what started out as a mere suggestion from cooking a taco dinner in her kitchen two years ago to Rachelle's Creative Dishes today, Rachelle is all about acceptance and growth. Accepting God's plan for her life and growing in the direction in which He's taking her. Since 2018, Rachelle's engulfed herself in culinary pursuits such as participating in the 2019

Black Restaurant Week

in Atlanta, Ga. She also plans to participate again in Black Restaurant Week 2020. For those who don't know, per Black Restaurant Week's Instagram profile, it's a multi-city culinary movement celebrating Pan-African cuisine benefitting F.A.R.M.S.

A dish that sticks out in my mind created by Rachelle is a Collard Green Cheese Dip topped with Bacon, a dish for any occasion. I told her I couldn't wait to try it so I know now I have something tasty to look forward to, along with her Sweet Italian Sausage and Kale Pasta and her Fried Chicken and Collard Green Waffle Sandwich. Just know, scrolling through her IG feed, a person has options! Her clients challenge her innovation and she stays up for the task.

Furthermore, Rachelle really wants people to know that her faith has brought her this far and that when a door opens, don't be afraid to walk through it because God will always provide. A bible verse she goes by daily comes from Phillipians 4:13,

"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me"

She's enthusiastic about the future of Rachelle's Creative Dishes as she speaks into existence great things on the horizon like RCD cookware, seasonings and sauces, restaurants opening in three different metropolitan cities, and having a platform to inspire and empower women everywhere. Catch up with Rachelle here on her Instagram at Rachelles Creative Dishes or here on her Facebook page.

Look forward to seeing Rachelle a lot more in the near future!
